ARS Product can test unpopulated PCB boards using flying probe technology!  Using our state of the art testing equipment, we can provide you with accurate results in a timely manner.

Building a consistently reliable product for your customers, and doing so efficiently, is what your business is all about.  Using our Microcraft Emma flying probe fine pitch system, we can accurately test unpopulated boards to help make your operation more efficient by finding defects, including pressure sensitive via faults, which "bed of nails" testing  might not detect, before assembly, saving you time and money.

To effectively test the board, the electrical test parameters must be specified.

Minimum Board Size: 3" x 3" (76mm x 76mm)
Maximum Test Area: 24" x 19.7" (610mm x 500mm
Maximum Board Thickness: 0.236" (6mm)
Test Voltage of Resistance Measurement
     Continuity Test: 0 - 10v
     Isolation Test: 250v
Test Current of Resistance Measurement
     Continuity Test: 2.65μA - 150mA
